      Dans un emplacement imbattable sur l’Avenida Costa del Sol, en plein dans l’urbanisation Costa Banana d’Almu\u00f1\u00e9car, le propri\u00e9taire du Restaurante El \u00c1rbol Blanco, Jorge Rodr\u00edguez Rodr\u00edguez, qui est aussi un chef cuisinier avec une grande exp\u00e9rience en cuisine, nous accueille \u00e0 bras ouverts dans ses cuisines, actuellement en r\u00e9novation, car il a d\u00e9but\u00e9 dans le monde de la restauration et de l’h\u00f4tellerie \u00e0 l’\u00e2ge pr\u00e9coce de 22 ans, en 2004.<\/p>\n

      Un peu plus tard, alors que la Macarena de Los del R\u00edo triomphait aux Jeux olympiques d’Atlanta en 1996, pour \u00e9largir ses horizons, il est all\u00e9 travailler dans la ville voisine de Nerja, dans le restaurant Mama Rosa, et deux ans plus tard, en 1998, il est revenu dans sa ville natale pour travailler dans le restaurant Mama Rosa.<\/p>\n

      En 1998, il revient dans sa ville natale pour travailler cette fois dans le restaurant Almazara, qui a aujourd’hui ferm\u00e9 ses portes au public en face de l’h\u00f4tel Carmen. Dans son CV, on trouve \u00e9galement le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre restaurant El R\u00edo, \u00e0 V\u00e9lez de Benaudalla, situ\u00e9 au bord d’un m\u00e9andre du fleuve Guadalfeo, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de ce que l’on appelle l’ancienne ” route de la plage ” de Grenade (N-323 Bail\u00e9n-Motril).<\/p>\n

      Mais son d\u00e9sir constant de grandir et de s’am\u00e9liorer professionnellement l’a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 se rendre pendant un an dans les terres pluvieuses de la lointaine Irlande, et au cours de son voyage hors de la p\u00e9ninsule ib\u00e9rique avant de revenir pour \u00eatre un proph\u00e8te dans sa propre terre, il a \u00e9galement pass\u00e9 quelque temps dans les \u00eeles Bal\u00e9ares, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 Minorque, o\u00f9 il a rencontr\u00e9 le tourisme de masse.<\/p>\n

      Jusqu’\u00e0 son retour dans sa ville natale, o\u00f9 il travaillera dans les restaurants Gabbiano \u00e0 La Herradura et China Sol \u00e9galement \u00e0 Almu\u00f1\u00e9car.<\/p>\n

      Pour tout cela, maintenant son restaurant se sp\u00e9cialise dans les produits locaux, naturels et de saison, qui gr\u00e2ce au climat subtropical privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 d’Almu\u00f1\u00e9car sont de grande qualit\u00e9, et bien que le menu de son restaurant ne soit pas tr\u00e8s \u00e9tendu, nous ne pouvons pas oublier qu’il est tr\u00e8s aim\u00e9 et admir\u00e9 dans toute la Costa del Sol Tropical.<\/p>\n

      En outre, depuis 2015, Jorge Rodriguez Rodriguez g\u00e8re \u00e9galement un autre restaurant tr\u00e8s confortable sur la plage de Velilla, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du parc aquatique et de la c\u00f4te, avec une atmosph\u00e8re tr\u00e8s calme et confortable, et bien s\u00fbr avec des vues imprenables sur la mer M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

      Il y a plusieurs plats \u00e0 souligner, comme le turbot au champagne, qui est tout simplement d\u00e9licieux, ainsi que la cocotte de poisson.<\/p>\n
